So this is the end of week 2 of this clothes drive I am doing, and I already have almost one box filled up. I looked this morning when I came in there was clothes in the box! I also have some family members at home that got their clothes together to donate too. I'm really happy to see this going good, even though it was a slow start. I'm hoping to fill up another box of clothes.

so we got a call back from debra corn foster care and they confirmed that we can do the clothes drive for them and we talked about the specific things they needed or requested and then after that me and trey made our flyers for the clothes drive and we are now looking for other ways to spread the word about the foster clothes drive.

This week my old partner went to virtual so I joined Isabella's group and we are meeting with the human-society. The class has been a lot of change so far and hard to get a hold of people but I think now my groups project is going to take off after we are bale to meet with the people.

This week we have put out all the boxes at the drop off locations. We started an Instagram (@help.thevets) and we put out flyers around the school for both donations of written letters from the students or an donation from the list. Next week we need to advertise more on Facebook, and announce that we are collecting letters to students.

We were planning on going to a meeting at 10:30, but that was unable to happen so hopefully we can go in on Wednesday and get everything sorted out. After that we should be able to get the wheel turning.

So Friday I left school to meet with Natasha Garinger. She is the victims advocate for Grant County. We had a meeting for what I will be doing every Friday and soon we will be putting together small bags together for essentials of what people need. She also gave me access to a Facebook page for me to post things about child abuse and many other things regarding that.
